This is a funky, bumpy color that, when melted, processes very smoothly. It has tons of glitter and can be mixed with any other color to add a sparkling shimmer. Steel Wool can be used in any application but should be carefully enveloped with the flame. We recommend a neutral or oxidizing flame.
