Work in a hot oxidizing flame. When worked directly in the flame, the color develops an amber and gold hue. It is an excellent aventurine color that turns into dark purple and red tones. When thinned, it becomes a pale yellowish amber tone. The color does not overreact in a reducing flame and is best worked in a hot neutral flame.
