It's a cool water blue. Best worked in an oxidizing flame to maintain clarity. A reducing flame leads to reddish streaking. To keep Ice Blue from clouding and discoloration, work in an oxidizing flame. If the color is worked in a neutral to reduced flame, the color will darken and develop reddish-brown streaks in the center of the glass.
